diet meals
Can you tell me what I should eat for each of the six meals on the six meal diet?
what should i eat for the breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, mid afternoon snack, dinner and evening snack? please help me.
You need to eat some protien, carbs and a fruit or veggie at each meal.
Sample:
Breakfast: two scrambled eggs with a little cheese wrapped in a tortilla with some salsa and a piece of fruit
Snack: Apple with 2 Tbsp Peanut butter
Lunch: 1/2 Turkey sandwhich with either a small salad (low fat dressing ) or a cup of broth based soup.
Snack: baby carrots and string cheese
Dinner: lean chicken breast with salsa or BBQ sauce, serving of brown rice, salad or steamed veggies.
Snack: fruit with yogurt and granola
Your (small) plate should be about 1/2 veggie, 1/4 protien, 1/4 carb.
