3- In that day off or free meal, take more calories than you, usually, take. It is bad for the metabolism to get used to burn only low-calorie food.
Keeping the metabolism at a low level can cause you to gain pounds quickly when you stop your diet.
4- Remember to stay STRESS-FREE whenever you’re on a diet. High levels of stress could ruin everything.
5- Keep an eye on your cholesterol levels as well.
